FRAI — Fractal Reasoning Artificial Intelligence

FRAI (Fractal Reasoning Artificial Intelligence) is an intelligence architecture that decomposes every problem into three simultaneous scales: L = Local / Foundation Layer, M = Mediation / Interaction Layer, and H = High / Emergent Layer. It then recursively tests whether the same structural pattern reappears across scales. The goal is not merely solving a problem. The goal is discovering scale-invariant reasoning—understanding what structure generates the answer at every level, from the smallest component to the largest system.

A normal AI asks: "What is the answer?" FRAI asks: "What structure generates the answer at every scale?" This shift is fundamental. Answer-focused intelligence optimizes for output. Structure-focused intelligence optimizes for coherence across levels of organization. The answer may change with scale—what is true for a neuron is not true for a brain—but the structure that generates truth should be invariant. FRAI is the architecture that discovers, tests, and applies that invariance.
